Your territory
As part of our Design team, you will:
- Craft visually stunning digital ads tailored for social media and e-commerce marketplaces, strategically promoting our products to maximize engagement and conversions
- Bring our brand's DNA to life through compelling static graphics, animations, and videos that resonate with our audience and drive brand loyalty, all while maintaining Tractive’s visual identity and tone of voice
- Collaborate closely with our US team to deliver high quality, creative content designed specifically for the American market
- Master the art of managing multiple projects simultaneously, executing with precision to maintain brand integrity and excellence across all campaigns
- Develop and grow your skills within an open-minded, creative and supportive team environment
- Bring new and fresh ideas to the table in a team where you will never hear the phrase “... because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Your profile
Key requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic-design, motion-design and video-editing, preferably within a marketing or advertising context
- Proficiency in using Figma and Adobe CC, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects
- A portfolio demonstrating an exceptional understanding of graphic and motion-design concepts
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their design specifications
- Embrace diverse feedback, producing and defending design solutions that align with overarching project goals
- Excellent organization and communication skills. This role will be highly cross-functional with involvement in multiple projects and initiatives
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Valid work permit for Austria
